Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

At Vexora, we pride ourselves on careful handling. All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery window is 10-14 business days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your package is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vexora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Faulty Products

We want you to love your Vexora's products. If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we are here to make it right.

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report and return any faulty products.

  • Return Shipping: Vexora does not cover return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the item.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and unused.

5. How to Initiate a Return (Photo Required)

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@vexoragoods.com.

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Important: You must attach clear photos of the fault along with a brief description of the issue.

Once our team reviews the photos and confirms the fault, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
